The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and, since it is not personal, can be given as a gift. If the experience is not enjoyed, the voucher can be used for a purchase on our website or at our showroom within 12 months of payment.
Included in the package for those who participate in the Workshop is a special 20% discount valid for 12 months for online purchases.
Availability: Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Closed from August 10th to 20th.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, 30% refund if cancelled after that date. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded; however, the voucher will still be valid for a 20% discounted purchase within 12 months.

Our products are handmade in Italy, with 100% genuine full grain Italian leather and come with a 2 year guarantee during which time any and all product malfunctions or defects will be repaired free of charge.
Small imperfections, such as minor colour nuances, are not a fault, but the result of handcrafted production. Instead, all defects resulting from improper use or care of the article are at the expense of the customer.
